NC State Baseball (6-5) travels to UNCG (4-5) Tuesday March 4th to take on UNCG. Game is at 4 PM and can be seen on ESPN+
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Interested to see who we give the starts to this week since we have two midweeks. Have to assume one is Shaffner but I have no real idea who the second would be. Lucas?

i'd assume willadsen gets a start, then likely a true bullpen game IMO

Since Consiglio didn't pitch this week and Shaffner only pitched because Dudan/Kelly couldn't close it out, I would imagine those two will be our starters mid week. Hopefully Willadsen didn't have a setback. Would like to see him get an inning or two as well.

I don't know if we win this one. UNCG has a good ball club

Would think Willadsen/Shaffner start these next two but everyone except for the weekend starters will pitch. Hopefully that includes Smith for an inning.

I think we see Consiglio vs. UNCG.

I expect will see what has been UNCG's best pitcher in Noah Chapman.

Fun fact about Wright State - while playing some good competition, they have no pitcher who has started a game with an ERA below 12.00

I think it's safe to say Wright State is better than Fordham and Canisius. This is a big week for Pack9. Would be nice to see this team get on track this week as the ACC schedule is just around the corner.

Agree on that. My point in not saving Consiglio for the weekend - or having him available before Sunday (if he starts tomorrow), is that UNCG is likely the best team we play this week.

UNCG always gives us trouble. Campbell is no joke either. They both seem to take their games with us more serious than we do.
