Who is Robert Nedry and how is he playing already?

And Payton Young was with the Pack9 on Wednesday but he got his release and played for the forest city owls last night and had a pretty good game

With rosters being cut down to 27 some others should be reporting soon to their summer teams

H.Fanning is with the Salamanders

Any idea what type of pitching schedule these guys are on? Is it similar to College season where we have a good guess what day? Or is it all over the place?

Would love to catch a Sharks game with Consiglio is pitching, but don't see anything online about where the project the starters.

I see Bechtel is getting a chance to play both ways in the CPL. Really interested to see what the coaches have up their sleeve with him. A DH/bullpen guy should work in theory. He had a nice write up from the mound last fall with D1, and of course the coaches like his bat enough to give him ABs early in the year.

Yes, he was also on the mound for a game. He went 1.1 scoreless innings. Gave up 0 hits but did walk 2. Threw 13 balls to 9 strikes, so control wasn't super sharp

Jaxon Lucas and Heath Andrews both added to the Wareham Gateman roster in CCBL. Wonder how many other guys who signed to play for a team up there will end up making it.

Has a school ever tried to become a pipeline for these Taiwanese players? I know as they age up they generally fizzle out likely as they just dont develop as much athletically (and iirc theyre not the power they once were at the youth level) but you'd still think there is potential for a west coast school or two to take a few of their top level players every cycle a la St Marys and Australia in basketball

IIRC Sadaharu Oh has Taiwanese citizenship although neither him nor his father ever lived on the island
