Coach Bo Rob, I assume is now the 3rd assistant (paid, I would hope).

We have such a badass staff with Hart, Chrysler and BoRob. Give JT 3 years to grow in the DPPD spot and he'll be primed and ready to go to move into that 3rd assistant role when Coach Hart takes over!
