I don't follow MLB any more but I just happened to see this. For me, the most exciting play in baseball is a great throw from the outfield. This was unbelievable

So in that last angle was the pitcher (or 1st baseman) trying to cut it off and missed or just bluffing to slow the runner down? If you didn't see it take a look again.

It was the first baseman and he was probably bluffing for the batter who was also circling the bases. The runner thrown out was on first when the ball was hit. Aquino threw a pure seed to the plate.
