: The @NCAA D1 Committee for Legislative Relief has approved two blanket waivers:

Roster size for Spring '23 will be 35, and MAY be up to 40 if a team has seniors who missed 2020 season.

Roster counters are at 27 but can get up to 32 w/ same parameters as above.

MORE: The @NCAA Division I Committee for Legislative Relief also is moving to have the 25% minimum scholarship rule back in place for 2023.

However, I would caution you not to look too deep into that. There's huge momentum to have the 25% scholarship minimum permanently removed, but a vote for that would not happen until April 2023, going into effect in August '23.
