I'm not a baseball guy but I just learned that starting today, coaches can reach out to prospects. My Buddy's son is heading into his Jr year and has begun getting calls from high D1 schools. Does anyone know or might know if he's on NC State's radar?

Local kid from Cary who spent a few years at Penn before going to Bama this year. Didn't play at Bama in 2025, and was very average statistically his few years at Penn. 7.45 ERA in 38.2 innings in the Ivy league for his 4 year career. He did strike out 55 for 12.8 K/9 but also walked 31. Gotta assume this is a kid who wanted to play 1 more year of baseball close to home, but tough to see him contributing at a high level due to his numbers
