2025 LB Ke’Von Carter On NC State: “It’s A Bigger Platform Where I Could Show Out”
NC State extended a scholarship offer to Wagner (TX) linebacker Ke’Von Carter on December 12. The 2025 prospect out of San Antonio is currently committed to Texas State but remains unsigned as he considers the Wolfpack.
