I hate to see any player leave; however I don't blame him with all the talented wide receivers on the depth chart. He might not have gotten on the field very much in his career without going somewhere else.

UPDATE: Stephens No Longer On Team
A school official has confirmed that NC State redshirt freshman wide receiver Daeshawn Stephens is no longer with the team.
The former Durham (NC) Hillside star primarily played special teams this season but did play five snaps from scrimmage in the Furman win.
According to sources, Stephens is looking to transfer in hopes of receiving more playing time. NC State is set to return all three starting receivers and top reserves Emeka Emezie and C.J. Riley in 2018.
