IPS REPORT CARD: Wolfpack Rides Past Red Raiders

No.12 NC State managed to hold off Texas Tech to retain its perfect record and seal the victory, 27-14. The Wolfpack, however, was far from perfect in the three stages of the game, so let’s take a look at how State grades out against the Red Raiders.

QUARTERBACK — Devin Leary has yet to play at the highest echelon of play many expected him to reach this season. There’s still plenty of season left to play, but Leary’s results have left much to be desired.
