COMMIT ALERT: 2023 CB Brandon Cisse Has Committed To NC State

NC State just landed a commitment from Sumter (SC) Lakewood cornerback Brandon Cisse‍ who made multiple visits to Raleigh recently.

The 6-foot, 170-pounder holds 20+ offers and picked up one from NC State after camping for the Wolfpack.

Cisse is NC State’s sixth commitment in the 2023 class and the first defensive addition.
