IPS INTEL: Concepcion Makes Return Trip To NC State

One of the big storylines this weekend was the return of Chambers WR Kevin Concepcion‍  to NC State. It’s been somewhat of a roller coaster ride of late with the Pack looking strong early and then UNC making a run after offering and hosting Concepcion on an unofficial visit. After this weekend’s visit it certainly felt like State may be on the way up again.

We were a little surprised when Concepcion arrived on Friday.
