One of the top prospects on NC State’s recruiting board right now is Rolesville (NC) WR Noah Rogers‍. In fact, he’s resided at the top of that board since the Pack offered him way back in March of last year. His friendship with current Wolfpack commit Lex Thomas and familiarity with NC State has been well documented over the last 12 months. But behind the scenes and in talking with Rogers himself, it’s clear the four-star wideout is ready to get recruiting behind him.
