"It was probably our best half we played where I thought we shared the ball with each other and we were really, really good defensively. We were stingy."

"We had moments throughout the season, even though our record doesn't indicate it, where we played well enough to win. Certainly we found a way to win."

"I thought our guys were very active. We did a good job."

“We knew coming in that Devoe and Usher were their two scorers, and we had to take away one of them or both of them.”

"Devoe... does he have anymore eligibility? That kid seems like he's been here seven years."

"Josh has a good team. We played very well on the road."

"I thought my young fella, my freshman, was really good. He was talented tonight and made good plays in the first half. What a good road win, we'll take a road win in this league anytime."

"We didn't want to play against their set defense the entire time down. They'll keep you off balance... we wanted to get out in transition. One of our keys offensively was to try and rebound the ball and get out so they couldn't set up."

"We knew if we had a chance to win the game we had to get the game in the 70s because we knew if it were in the 60s it would be to their favor."

"We've become a jump-shooting team, but we have guys capable of taking the ball to the hole.  Our guys are also capable of driving it. Earlier in the year we were getting to the free throw line and we haven't been lately, so I wanted us to be a little more aggressive and have more paint touches."

"He's played well. This kid is really good. If it wasn't for Banchero at Duke, he'd probably be the freshman of the year in this league.  He's talented... I have a good one at NC State.  He doesn't know that he isn't supposed to be good. In the second half, we have a big lead and he's going out there shooting; he's just playing because he doesn't know, and I'm taking it as an opportunity as a teaching moment for him to get better in some areas."

"We played that way against Pitt. I thought we did a good enough job to win the game."

"We wanted to get into our pressure.  We didn't turn them up as much as we like, but I thought we sped them up."

"We've been doing a lot of good things in practice. With this group, we're so young."

"A lot of things we work on in practice hasn't translated because those guys don't have a lot of game experience."
