COMMIT ALERT: 2022 In-State Scorer LJ Thomas Picks NC State

NC State just landed a commitment from Carrboro (NC) Bull City Prep 2022 combo guard LJ Thomas‍.

The 6-foot-3 in-state standout picked the Wolfpack over offers from Memphis, Ole Miss, Georgia, Florida, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Maryland, and Texas A&M among others.

“I have a great relationship with them,” Thomas told IPS.  “Coach Keatts and coach JJ are great guys, and I know a couple of their players.”

Thomas is NC State’s second 2022 commitment, joining four-star center Shawn Phillips‍.
