COMMIT ALERT: 2022 DB Isaiah Crowell Picks NC State
NC State just landed a commitment from Kernersville (NC) East Forsyth defensive back Isaiah Crowell. He announced his decision at a press conference held at his high school.
Crowell picked the Wolfpack over offers from Virginia Tech, Louisville, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, App State, East Carolina, and Syracuse, among others.

The younger brother of NC State freshman wide receiver Micah Crowell, Isaiah landed an early offer from NC State and recently camped with the Wolfpack.
"It was a good experience working out for coach Freddie and coach Mitchell,” he previously stated. “I wanted to just come out here and get some work in -- learn from coach Mitchell, and coach Freddie loves me.”
With the connections, obviously NC State would always be high on his list.
“[Micah] said it's a great place,” stated Corwell. “He said, ‘they want you up here man.’ It's great people up here and a great school to go to as a whole.
“NC State is a great place. The coaching staff; it's a great school. Everything, the players -- it's great. It's a good place to be."
Crowell played seven games during his shortened junior season, totaling 74 tackles, seven quarterback pressures, two pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and an interception.
He is being recruited as a defensive back and could potentially line up at nickel or cornerback.
Inside Pack Sports will have more shortly from Crowell on his decision!
