Lindsay Edmonds headed to Rice

NC State women's basketball associate head coach Lindsay Edmonds has accepted the head coach position at Rice.
Edmonds has been on Wes Moore’s staff since he arrived in Raleigh eight years ago and helped lead the Wolfpack to 190 wins, five NCAA tournament appearances, three Sweet 16s and two ACC tournament titles.
She was previously recruiting coordinator, before being promoted to associate head coach.
