REACTIONS: Pack Offense Grounded In South Bend

Here are some quick thoughts and observations on No. 14 NC State's 35-14 loss at No. 9 Notre Dame.

* I was definitely wrong about this game. 

Going in, I didn't think Notre Dame would be able to run the football the way they had all season.  Well, they did.  NC State's defense had its moments, but the Irish offense seemed to just keep plugging away before breaking a big run.  54 carries... way too many.

It's hard to slow down a team if they get 54 carries.
