IPS Take On Zavala- Zavala was a lightly recruited high school prospect and entered college with very little football experience. After arriving at Fairmont State he quickly developed into one of the best offensive linemen that program’s had in years. Playing primarily left guard, Zavala is a bull, generating tremendous push in the run game. I love the fact that he moves so well; he shows the ability to slide effectively in pass pro while possessing the quickness to pull and get to the second level of the defense. Zavala has the talent to come in and contribute to NC State’s offensive line from day one.
