IPS Take On Davis- “Jaleel is a leader among the team. He doesn't have to say a lot, but kids follow his actions. Never been a discipline problem and is always exactly where he needs to be. A member of our leadership committee.
“He locks on and stays on in the run game. Loves to finish blocks in the run game. Plays well in space. Has the ability to get out and run when releasing on tunnel screens. Doesn't miss on those blocks against defensive backs in space.
“He is still growing and should continue to improve. As he grows into his body he will bend better, allowing him to play with better leverage.
“He’s long, he’s still pretty lean, he can move his feet well. I’ve seen him get out in space and block some really good players. He’s another kid that’s got a chance to be really good.
