State was the best choice.”
Who Did He Pick NC State Over? Virginia Tech and South Carolina
IPS Take On Jordan Poole: “State’s getting a very smart football player. He understands football. Being a safety for us, being able to see the whole field really helps him. Jordan understands scheme, he understands coverage because he’s played linebacker for us.
“He’s just a heady kid when it comes to being able to play the game and that’s just going to continue to develop. He’s obviously one of the best athletes in the country. To be as big as he is and as fast as he is, that’s a special thing, and that’s going to help him tremendously. When you get to that level you have to be able to play with the big boys, and I know that he can”. - West Stanly Head Coach Brett Morton
