IPS DAILY INTEL: S Chad Brown Update

NC State hopes to land at least one more safety in the class of 2021. While most of the attention, at least among Wolfpack fans, has been on Panther Creek safety Chase Hattley‍, State is also keeping a close eye on Fresno (CA) City College standout Chad Brown‍.

We’ve been hesitant to add him to the Watchlist simply because there has been virtually no information available on Brown.
