NC State Wing A.J. Taylor To Transfer

NC State redshirt junior wing A.J. Taylor has entered the transfer portal and is expected to transfer out of the program.

The 6-foot-6, 205-pounder played in the season-opener  vs. Georgia Tech, but missed rest of season after suffering an injury.  In three minutes against the Yellow Jackets he grabbed two rebounds, had a blocked shot and scored one point.

Taylor enrolled at NC State as a redshirt sophomore after playing his freshman season at Southwest Miss. CC where he averaged 9.0 points and 7.4 rebounds in 2018-2019.

He was not expected to play a major role this season.
