WATCH: NC State Four-Star QB Verbal Devin Leary On Fire

NC State quarterback verbal commitment Devin Leary turned heads in 2016 when he was named New Jersey Gatorade Player of the Year after setting state records for touchdowns (48) and passing yards (3,688), while leading Timber Creek High School to a 12-0 record and a second straight South Jersey Group 4 championship.

As a senior, he has fared just as well.

In Timber Creek's most recent win, Leary was terrific.  He completed 11-of-18 passes for 373 yards and five touchdowns with zero interceptions while adding 69 rushing yards and a rushing score. 

Here are Leary's highlights from the 48-3 win over Eastern Regional (NJ) High School. 

This season, Leary is completing 63% of his passes and has thrown for 1,430 yards and 17 touchdowns with just three interceptions as the Chargers are 5-0 on the season.  He has added another 191 rushing yards and a score on the ground.
