Each week I submit a Tri-Partisan column to WRALSportsFan.com, and here is today's feature where I look at how dangerous of an opponent Pittsburgh is for NC State.

We've heard a lot the last few years (moreso in football, but basketball too) how Wake Forest seems to have NC State's number.  Heck, it's probably said too much, at least when State loses.  However, after the Pack easily handled the Deacs in the two matchups this year, you can bet a lot of Wolfpack fans were watching the ACC Tournament opener hoping Wake would knock off Pittsburgh.
Well, it didn't happen and now State has to deal with a young, talented, aggressive Pittsburgh squad who is dangerous.

Pitt is just 16-16 this season, but Jeff Capel will certainly have his team ready for NC State because they felt like they gave one away in Raleigh a few weeks ago.  The Panthers led for much of that game before State used a late run to close out the win.  

It's not going to be easy for the Wolfpack.

Pitt doesn't doesn’t have a ton of shooting but is blessed with size, athleticism, and multiple high-motor players capable of contributing on both ends. Click the link to read the rest of the story: LINK
