NC State has landed a commitment from 2021 wide receiver Jakolbe Baldwin.
The 6-foot, 180 pound receiver totaled 34 catches for 687 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior, averaging over 20 yards per catch for the 13-1 Richmond County Raiders.
He picked the Wolfpack over offers from Duke and East Carolina, among others.
