IPS Take On Anthony Carter: During the recruiting process NC State told Carter they were considering him for all of the offensive line positions. It is most likely that he ends up at guard. Carter does a great job of latching onto opposing defensive linemen and then removing them from the play. He is adequate in pass pro but will likely need to work on his foot speed. Carter has the frame and build that, with time, could become a solid contributor for the Wolfpack down the road.
