IPS Take On Patrick Matan: Matan is an intelligent and technically sound offensive lineman that has played both RG and RT at the HS level. While Matan looks to be a sound pass blocker, it appears that his strength is in run blocking where he gets his pads low and plows through his opponent.
In a perfect world Matan would gain the benefit of a RS season in 2020 where he can add some good weight and strength. He could project to either OG or OT at NC State depending on need.
