Statistics: Boykin rushed 64 times for 375 yards and two touchdowns. Boykin also had 49 catches for 641 yards and 16 touchdowns. On defense he had 44 tackles and four interceptions.

IPS Take On Devan Boykin: Boykin is somewhat similar to Aydan White in that he is asked to do a ton of different things for his team. In Boykin’s case, he was the focal point of the Ragsdale offense, so he’ll likely need some time to develop before he’s ready for the FBS level.

The one attribute that you can’t coach is his physicality, and that is probably where Boykin is most impressive. His technique and fundamentals need work, but Boykin doesn’t mind hitting and that always gives you something to work with on the defensive side of the ball. 

He is another player who fits perfectly with the Pack’s scheme and could contribute early in Raleigh.
