COMMIT ALERT: Speedy Wideout Chris Scott Picks The Pack

NC State has landed a commitment from Dacula (GA) speedster Chris Scott‍, who picked the Wolfpack after officially visiting this weekend.

He talked with Inside Pack Sports about the reasons that led him to his decision.

“I’m a smaller player but I’m a fast player and a lot of coaches think I can’t do it because of my size and they get scared away, but when it came to NC State, they weren’t like that. They looked at me and my film and they loved it. They didn’t care what offers I had, and when I took the official visit it was home. It felt just like home. Those are two things that were important to me.”

The 6-foot, 170-pounder has 4.3 speed and is being recruited as a vertical threat by the Wolfpack. He totaled over 900 yards as a senior for Dacula, one of the top programs in Georgia.
