NOTES: An exceptional route runner with terrific hands, Rooks committed to NC State early in the process and will be on his official visit this weekend. He plans on enrolling early, and the expectation is that he will play right away for the Wolfpack.

One of the top recruits in the state, Rooks is rated a four-star prospect by Rivals, 247, and ESPN.

He made the decision after his junior year to transfer to Myers Park (NC) High School, and the decision paid off as he totaled 54 catches for 904 yards and 13 touchdowns.
