“That was one of our keys to winning the game: attack the zone, get out in transition, and try to beat the zone down the floor. I think we had a little lapse where they started a comeback, but they’re a good team. They competed hard, but we got it back.”

“I love Reynolds. I love the atmosphere. I love the backdrop. It’s just a great place to play. I wouldn’t say the fans are more involved, but they’re closer. It’s a small arena, so the atmosphere is better.”

Markell [Johnson] is a great player, and when he’s on a roll and playing well, it makes it harder for the opponent and easier for everybody else because they have to worry about so many more people.”

“To be honest, I’ve seen Markell in a better rhythm than that. I think he’s still recovering and getting back into his game flow. He’s definitely playing well, helping this team go. When he’s playing like that, it just makes it easier for everybody."

Jericole Hellems

“I feel like I can play wherever I can help the team. If I need to play the five, I do. As long as I’m on the floor, I appreciate it.”

“I think, as a team overall, we’re getting better mentally and coming together. I think we had fewer turnovers tonight. We’re trying to get an all-around better team and work together."
