Blake Harris No Longer On Team

NC State junior guard Blake Harris is no longer on the team.

NC State issued this statement today:
“Junior guard Blake Harris is no longer with the NC State men’s basketball program for personal reasons.”

Harris, a 6-foot-3 guard from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, averaged 3.1 points and 1.5 assists last season.  He was expected to be a depth piece this year for the Wolfpack.

Although a bit out of control on offense at times, I loved his defensive intensity. I wish him the best and think we may miss him at times this year when we need a fire lit under the team.
