RAPID FIRE: Tyler Baker-Williams

NC State sophomore nickelback Tyler Baker-Williams answers six rapid fire questions from Inside Pack Sports.

What did you learn against West Virginia that will help you against FSU?
Staying poised with all the fans against us and the players and the noise. We have to stay together and play confident.

Is there a difference in how you prepare for an ACC team?
We bring the same juice every week. ACC play does mean a little more, but we prepare the same for each team.

What improvements did you make between the WVU and Ball State games?
We’ve been going harder. WVU was a down game for us, but we came back and played faster. We’ll be better this week.

What makes Cam Akers so good?
He’s a good back, but we have a good defense. He’ll get his, but we’ll be okay.

What’s the mentality this week?
It’s always a 1-0 mentality. We go hard and try to get better every week. 1-0 is on the board for every team meeting.

How have you developed individually?
I’m getting more confident. I’m more adjusted to the college game speed. I’m getting more adjusted and more confident.
