In part one of this breakdown we discussed the 2019 NC State Kay Yow Spring Game and some of the similarities and differences identified within offensive personnel usage, alignment, and tempo.  For this particular article we are going to look at some of the variance identified within formation usage and post-snap action, which could be an indication of what we are in store for with the 2019 season right around the corner.
