Payne Excited About Wolfpack Offer

Summer camps inevitably reveal previous unknowns on the recruiting trail, and such was the case back in June at NC State.

Originally from Suffolk (VA), Lackawanna Junior College defensive lineman Pheldarius Payne‍  camped at State back in June. His brother had been there previously, so Payne decided to work out for the Pack at the urging of his coach. It was a decision that paid off for both parties.
