Boykin: "He’s Definitely Building A Legacy"

Jamestown (NC) Ragsdale defensive back Devan Boykin‍ committed to NC State back in April and has been solid with the Wolfpack ever since. The 5-11, 185 pound rising senior is a versatile defender with the ability to play virtually any of the defensive back spots. Boykin made a return visit to NC State a couple weeks back during the Wolfpack’s summer camp.
