Ragsdale DB Talks NC State Offer

There are players that are versatile and then there’s Jamestown (NC) Ragsdale’s Devan Boykin‍. In 2018 he did a little bit of everything for the Tigers. At quarterback he threw for 671 yards and seven touchdowns. Boykin rushed 132 times for 588 yards and five touchdowns. He even caught six passes for 58 yards and a score. Defensively Boykin tallied 33 tackles, three tackles for loss, and an interception that he returned 58 yards.
