Matthews (NC) Butler OL Anthony Carter‍ (6-4, 295 pounds) has been on NC State’s radar for months, but (partly due to a coaching change) the Pack only recently offered the rising senior. The Wolfpack’s scholarship offer joined a list that includes UNC, Duke, Louisville, Boston College, Illinois, and Virginia.
