COMMIT ALERT: Gunter Picks NC State

NC State landed a huge commitment today from Coastal Carolina sophomore defensive end Jeffrey Gunter‍. 

A two-year starter at Coastal Carolina, Gunter had a breakout sophomore year when he totaled 49 tackles, 14 tackles for a loss, and five sacks -- earning first-team All-Sun Belt honors in the process.

The Wolfpack recruited Gunter out of Durham (NC) Riverside High School before he signed with Coastal Carolina.

Gunter will redshirt in 2019 and have two years of eligibility remaining for the Wolfpack.
