IPS Take On Tabari Hines: NC State needed to land a wideout capable of contributing right away, and the Pack quickly targeted Hines after he was granted an additional year.
Explosive and shifty in the slot, there are plenty of targets available with the Pack looking to replace Kelvin Harmon and Jakobi Meyers. Hines has the speed NC State was looking to add to the roster, and that should enable him to be an instant contributor for the Wolfpack.
Hines has just one year of eligibility remaining and he should contend for a starting job right away.
