7 of the 23 players he got in that 2015 recruiting class are not on the team any more. And there are a couple more that may never be contributors. It is very TOB like.

And I am more than just upset about the SC game. I am upset with the direction of the football program. The wheels are falling off big time.

Players getting disciplined left and right, and every time I turn around someone else is off the team. DD recruited those players.

Are you really okay with the direction the program is going??? If so, then you love these losing ACC records.

Would you rather DD let those guys stay on the team undisciplined. No matter how much character kids might seem to have when you are recruiting them, kids can still make dumb choices. There are no players out there that are morally perfect, and DD is correct for issuing discipline to show the rest of the team that the actions won't be tolerated. Again, this feels like someone just looking for something to complain about.

Players are being disciplined when they need to be disciplined. No matter what else DD can be criticized for, he runs a clean program.
As for the direction of the program, I have some concerns as well. But DD has rebuilt a depleted roster. We were getting some nice exposure and expectations before the season. We bungled Game one when we had multiple chances to pull it off. But one game is not the season. There is a lot of football left and we still have the team to pull off 8+ wins. At the end of the year it may indeed be time to pull the trigger and look for a new coach, but I'm not going to wail and gnash my teeth every week until then

Turnover happens at every program, every year. I live in Austin and listen to local radio discussing Longhorn football 24/7/365. They lose 5* guys too. Guys quit. Some transfer. Some make stupid decisions and get kicked off the team.

Longhorn folks are pretty much the equivalent to Hole fans, but for football instead of bball. Tom Herman is already getting heavily criticized here in Austin for the loss to Maryland. Impatience is everywhere. Fans want to win in game 1. Players want to play in game 1.

The biggest problem I see with fanbases is the tendency to wail and whine for each coaching change. As soon as fans get their way and the new guy doesn't win immediately, they form negative opinions again and begin undermining that coach at every turn. It is a viscous cycle and it leaves everyone miserable.

We all handle frustration differently. We can choose to find positives or we can dwell on the negatives. I've tended to each perspective and I prefer living the glass half full perspective.

Y'all, he's not a good coach... he should never have been hired here. Edit: Keep that off the boards please
