Once we learned that NC State had offered Raleigh (NC) Leesville Road point guard Carter Whitt a scholarship, I reached out to a recruiting analyst I respect for his thoughts on Whitt.
His reply was direct and to the point: “I love him.”
Clearly, Kevin Keatts and his staff do, too.
The Wolfpack became the third high-major program to offer Whitt, just a high school sophomore, a scholarship.
