QUICK TAKES: Pack Too Much For Tigers

NC State got off to a fast start, withstood a couple of lulls, and picked up an impressive, 78-71, win Wednesday over No. 7 Auburn at PNC Arena. The Wolfpack improved to 10-1 on the season with the triumph. 

The great irony of NC State's win is that it is the upset that is not an upset, While Auburn came in as the top-10 team, there was never any real sense that the Wolfpack could not tame the Tigers.
