NC State senior quarterback Ryan Finley met with the media after the Wolfpack's 47-28 win over Florida State.

How nice does this feel for you guys right now?
We're really excited to get back on the right track and stay undefeated at home. There were just so many guys making plays. It was such a great team win. It's really exciting.

To be bowl eligible for the fifth year in a row, what does it say?
It tells a lot about where this program has been and where we're going. Like I said, we're super excited, but we do know that we have a quick turnaround, playing on Thursday. So we're back at it tomorrow.

You have a lot to play for, did you question how you might respond from those two losses?
I don't think so. I think we just came back, and we were excited to get out and play. I didn't see any sulking or sadness from anybody on the entire team. That's on our coaches and our leadership for progressing our culture.

What was it like to see the offensive line win the battle?
On both sides of the ball, we dominated the line of scrimmage. If you just saw our D-line, we just lived in their backfield. Our offensive linemen played really well, rushing for [177] yards.

When we rush for that amount, it opens up everything else. We were able to move the ball really well.

Were you excited to have Ricky back?
Three touchdowns, that's exciting. It was good to get him back and healthy.

Nit-picking, coach said hed like maybe some of those field goals turning in to touchdowns...
Well Chris to go 4-for-4 like that, that's pretty awesome.

He played a heck of a game.  Hats off to Chris.

Thoughts on the o-line...
Our goal was to run the ball.  We knew we'd be able to do that and we needed to get after them early and put points up.

We really ran the ball well.

What does it mean to score on the first drive?
Coach told me we were going to receive, that's exciting, just knowing he had trust in our offense to score.

Does Dave do a great job of making you move on after a loss?
I think everyone does. Obviously it starts with coach Doeren from the top down, but that's something we all bought into.

It's just one game and it's not over... we know we have a ton to play for.
