Here is a look at how several former Wolfpack stars performed this week in the National Football League.

* David Amerson is currently a free agent and working out for teams.

* Jacoby Brissett served as the backup for Andrew Luck this week.

* Juston Burris was released last week by the Jets.

* Bradley Chubb continued his stellar play, totaling four tackles and half a sack in the loss at Kansas CIty.  Chubb now has 7.0 sacks in eight games.

* Matthew Dayes is on the Browns' practice squad.

* Mike Glennon didn't play for Arizona in the win over the 49ers.

* David Grinnage earned the start at tight end for Jacksonville, totaling three catches for 37 yards in the loss to the Eagles.

* Stephen Hauschka made both of his field goal attempts in Buffalo's blowout loss to the Patriots.

* Dontae Johnson received his injury release from the Seahawks and was signed by Buffalo.  He has yet to play for the Bills.

* BJ Hill had six tackles for the Giants in the loss at Washington.

* Nyheim Hines finished with 11 carries for a season-high 78 yards and added two receptions for 8 yards in the blowout win over Oakland.

* Josh Jones had two tackles for Green Bay in the loss at the Rams.

* Justin Jones and San Diego were off this week.

* Ted Larsen started at left guard for the Dolphins in the loss at the Texans.

* T.Y. McGill was recently claimed off waivers by the Eagles but failed his physical and was waived.  It's likely he gets re-signed after getting in better shape.

* Will Richardson has been placed on injured reserve by Jacksonville.  He hadn't played in a game this season.

* Philip Rivers and San Diego were off this week.

* Jaylen Samuels received his first action of the season, totaling four carries for 17 yards in Pittsburgh's home win over Cleveland.

* J.R. Sweezy started at right guard this week for Seattle, who went on the road and knocked off Detroit.

* Joe Thuney started at left guard for New England.  The Patriots routed Buffalo on Monday night.

* Russell Wilson has been outstanding recently and continued his strong play on Sunday. Wilson completed 14-of-17 passes for 248 yards and three touchdowns in the 28-14 win over Detroit.
