NC State will enter the 2019 season with three quarterbacks on scholarship after former Florida State quarterback Bailey Hockman decided to transfer earlier this year. However, ideally the Pack would like to have four scholarship quarterbacks, a desire that had them on the hunt for a high school signal-caller to add to the mix.
