PACK IN THE PROS: Week 5

Here is a look at how several former Wolfpack stars performed this week in the National Football League.
 


* David Amerson is currently a free agent and working out for teams. 

* Jacoby Brissett served as the backup for Andrew Luck this week.

* Juston Burris didn't record a tackle for the Jets in their home win over Denver.

* Bradley Chubb had two tackles and a pass breakup in Denver's road loss at the Jets.

* Matthew Dayes is on the Browns' practice squad.

* Mike Glennon didn't play for Arizona in the win over the 49ers.

* David Grinnage is on the Jaguars' practice squad.

* Stephen Hauschka made both field goal attempts, including the game-winner, for Buffalo in the team's 13-12 win over the Titans.

* Dontae Johnson received his injury release from the Seahawks and was signed by Buffalo.

* BJ Hill had five tackles for the Giants, who lost at Carolina.  The five tackles were a season-high.

* Nyheim Hines received his most work of the season on Thursday night against the Patriots.  Hines finished with 15 carries for 45 yards and added seven receptions for 45 yards. 

* Josh Jones didn't record a tackle for Green Bay in the loss at Detroit.

* Justin Jones totaled one tackle in the Chargers' win over Oakland.

* Ted Larsen started at left guard for the Dolphins in the loss at Cincinnati.

* Will Richardson was inactive for Jacksonville.

* Philip Rivers completed 22-of-27 passes for 339 yards for the Chargers in the win over the Raiders.  He also had two touchdowns.

* Jaylen Samuels didn't receive any action in Pittsburgh's home win over the Falcons.

* J.R. Sweezy started at right guard for Seattle in the loss to the Rams.

* Joe Thuney started at left guard for New England.  The Patriots routed Indianapolis.

* Russell Wilson completed 13-of-21 passes for 198 yards and three touchdowns in the loss to the Rams.
