Nakia Robinson To Transfer

A school official has confirmed that redshirt freshman tailback Nakia Robinson has left the team.  Robinson is expected to transfer out of the program, and he is no longer listed on the official roster at GoPack.com.

Robinson played in four games this year, three being exclusively on special teams.  He finished his Wolfpack career with three carries for eight yards.  

This leaves Ricky Person Jr. and Trent Pennix as the only scholarship running backs set to return in 2019.   NC State has commitments from four-star prospects Zonovan Knight‍ and Jamious Griffin‍ in the 2019 recruiting class.

UPDATE: Robinson has confirmed he will be transferring.
