As a fan, I suppose it’s human nature to fall into the trap of focusing almost exclusively on the negatives of a game- regardless of the outcome. The bottom line on Saturday...State won their first game of the year against a quality opponent. Was it pretty? At times, no. But I’ll take it. Had you told me ahead of time State would limit James Madison to 13 points I would’ve jumped all over it.
