Concord (NC) Cox Mill 2019 five-star wing Wendell Moore's‍ ‍recruitment will go down as one of the most unique in recent memory.  It is extremely rare that a hoops prospect cuts his list to the four Tobacco Road programs: NC State, Duke, North Carolina, and Wake Forest.
